Bug with the vertical scrollbar of the Portfolio Editor

Hi Mark,

In the changelog of FM 2024.18.1, this was announced as fixed:

The vertical scrollbar on the Portfolio Editor's listview would sometimes not display the down arrow.

But it seems this bug still exists (in 2024.18.2). To reproduce:

- the totals section is shown in the Porfolio Editor
- The right part of the Porfolio Editor is entirely populated with investments, so the vertical scroolbar is shown
- The horizontal bar is shown too (so enough columns added)

Then move the horizontal scroolbar a bit to the right
>> problem with the down arrow of the vertical scrollbar (not shown, or unresponsive)

Hi Djobydjoba,

Argh, I see this too... It seems to only happen for me if you use the horizontal scrollbar by clicking/dragging it, as opposed to clicking on the arrow buttons on the left/right ends of the horizontal scroll bars. If you use those arrow buttons, the issue doesn't seem to happen.
