Current Prices not updating

I created a new portfolio 2 months ago and noticed the prices are not updating. The prices on all other portfolios update. It has been a while since I created a new portfolio - am I missing a setting to retrieve/update current prices and historical distributions?

How are you verifying the prices aren't updating? There is no sub-portfolio level option that prevents prices from updating. You can set investment properties so they don't update. See these tips: http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/faq_ ... ailure.php

You might want to check your new event defaults related to these internet retrieve settings. Normally, only cash type investments default to not being set to retrieve prices. You can view these defaults at "Options / Internet Settings... / New Investment Defaults...". There are a set of defaults per investment type. There is also a "Reset All Defaults" button in there you can use.
