Got Error 12152 on Price Retrive from Bloomberg after upgrad

Hi Mark,

I jut upgrade for version 11.9 to 13.1 and got problem in retrieving price from Bloomberg both current and historical price. The error code is 12152. Please help to investigate. Sample of symble that I try to retrieve are ; HSI:IND SET:IND ADVANC:TB.

Hi Rungsun,

If you select "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." do you get the same error?

I'm guessing the problem is that since you upgraded the program, your firewall software is now preventing Fund Manager from accessing the internet. Some firewall programs will remove permissions if the .exe gets updated. You may need to go back into your firewall program and tell it FM has permission to access the internet.
