Hi rkfrost,

Are you maybe starting Fund Manager by using a shortcut that is pointing to the sample portfolio file? Try starting Fund Manager with the shortcut under "Start / All Programs / Fund Manager / Fund Manager". You can verify the properties of the shortcut, and it should be pointing to the program (Fm.exe), and not a shortcut to any particular *.mm4 file.

Portfolio files will have the same icon as the main program, and by double clicking on a portfolio file, you will open up that portfolio file. Instead, you want to open up the main program, without specifying a portfolio file, and it will then automatically reload your last portfolio file.
Thanks,
Mark
