MSN prices retrieval?

If there was something on MSN that you can't find on any other server, please let us know, and we can reconsider.

I've been able to update mutual fund prices from MSN but now it is impossible.

Example:
Retrieve Starting
Quote Module Version = 472
Retrieving from server: (MSN)
Requesting: "LU0171283533", "LU0145652649", "LU0236146006", "LU0090830810", "LU0323591916"
Could not update any investments
WARNING: Server used but did not update any prices: (MSN)

I haven't found any other server that was capable of updating these prices.
I've bought this program yesterday and it is already useless to me.
What should I do?

What kind of investments are these? Stocks, bonds, funds, and what market are they from? I tried looking them up on MSN via their website, and couldn't find them there. Are you still able to see a quote for them on MSN using your web browser? What other quote servers have you checked? Check these other quote servers using your web browser, to see if you can find a quote for them:

If MSN offers some quotes not available on any other quote server we will consider re-adding this server.

Unfortunately, MSN doesn't seem to offer those quotes anymore, at least I wasn't able to find them by browsing/searching their site. I don't see these on any of our other supported quote servers either. It looks like we'd need to add support for a new "Morningstar, Ireland" quote server to make these quotes available. We can consider adding this server, but I can't say for sure if/when it will be added. If you'd like a refund, just send us an email, and we can process a refund for you.

I've found what the problem was.

I have been using ISIN to retrieve the values from MSN and it worked fine.

Now I'm using Morningstar server successfully but, instead of using the ISIN code, I'm using the code that appears on the end of the url.

Example:
Changed LU0323591916 for F0GBR04DVG as lookup symbol
http://www.morningstarfunds.ie/ie/funds/snapshot/snapshot.aspx?id=F0GBR04DVG

However I'm still fighting with retrieving historical prices but this is not such a big problem.
