Hi ssuravarapu,

This has to do with the low level communication details involved in a secure connection. When talking to your broker's OFX server FM is using the secure HTTPS protocol. There are multiple versions of this, and one of the older one's is SSLV3. Recently there were some reported vulnerabilities in this older protocol (POODLE), so Fidelity stopped supporting it. There are new protocols available, like TLS which are more secure.

Fund Manager relies on a component from Internet Explorer (WININET) to handle these low level communications. If you have a very old version of Internet Explorer that only supports SSLV3, you won't be able to communicate with Fidelity's OFX server anymore, as their server won't accept SSLV3 connections for security concerns.

You will need to update your Internet Explorer to the current version, and then you should be able to retrieve transactions again.
Thanks,
Mark

Mark,

That was exactly the issue. Update my IE, and it's all dandy!

Thanks.
