Fidelity Money Market Fund will not retrieve

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Postby HighTwelve » Tue Jan 20, 2015 8:34 am

Effective on January 1st, Fund Manager stopped retrieving transactions for FTEXX, the money market account in my Fidelity portfolio. Transactions for every other security in the portfolio are downloading just fine. When I did an unhide (as described here in other posts) and checked out the log file ofxmemtrandump.txt, the December 31st entry for FTEXX is the last one that shows information in the CUSIP, Name and Symbol fields. All of the transactions since December 31st that I need are right there, but the three fields are blank, so Fund Manager apparently doesn't know which security to upload the transactions to.

Did Fidelity change the CUSIP? What can I do to get the transactions downloaded?

Hi Bob,

Not sure... Is FTEXX designated as your default cash account? If you would like me to take a look, please email me your ofxretr.txt file right after you retrieve transactions. Let me know which transaction in that file is not posting into FM.
Thanks,
Mark
