Fund price change not displaying

I'm a new user getting to grips with FM!

I use Bloomberg as my data source of choice. When I download share prices, everything works fine, I get share price, change, % change, open, high, low etc. etc.

I have three funds, L&G (N) Tracker Trust (Acc) (NATUKTA:LN) and Family Sovereign 3 series 1 & 4 (FMSV3S1:LN & FMSV3S4:LN) when these prices download, I get the current price which is correct but the change column is zero. If I view the graph of share price for these funds, the price and the change is shown at the top left hand corner of the graph so the data is downloading correctly so why doesn't it display in the change column?

In the Portfolio Editor window all reported data is for the current date of your computer. For the Change and % Change fields those are relative to today, so it would be the change from 5/10 to 5/11 (today). You probably don't have a mutual fund price for 5/11, since the markets are still open. Your last mutual fund quote is probably for 5/8, which was Friday. So, in calculating a change from 5/10 to 5/11 both prices will be interpolated from the 5/8 price, giving you a change of zero. Your graph window may have a different ending date, like if it is set to the default ending date, that would be 5/8, so the change would be up to 5/8, and not 5/11.

You can verify all your actual recorded closing price data by using the Data Register (Edit / All Data...) and setting the "Data Type" to "Prices".
