Schwab account retrieval problem

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark,

As of today, I'm receiving "Failed to retrieve portfolio" message when attempting to receive transactions from my clients Schwab accounts. I went through several accounts to confirm that the account numbers, user names and passwords were correct, still the same problem. I updated fund manager, still the same problem. Never had this problem before, suggestions?

Hi Cole,

Does it display any error message or reason? If not, please open up your file:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Fund Manager\ofxretr.txt

and see what it says in there. Or, you can email us that file, and we'll take a look.

I found the file...have no idea what I'm looking at. I sent a contact email through the website so I can attach the file via email.
