Prices displayed differently

Hello.

I am recording bond transactions with price $100 and shares 1,000 for a total amount of $100,000.

However on the portfolio editor window the price is indicated as $1, for a total amount of $1000.

Other similar investments I entered are displayed correctly.

Can you kindly explain to me how to fix this?

Hi Nicolas,

It sounds like your closing price is $1, even though your transaction price is $100. Open up this bond in the Data Register. Notice the "Data Type" drop-down in the upper/right. Change this to "Prices", so you see all your closing prices. Correct any that aren't right, as it sounds like it should be $100 instead of $1. You can change the data type to "All Transactions", and see your transactions.

Many thanks for your assistance, indeed the problem was from the closing prices.

Just for fellow users to know, this can also corrected by right clicking on the investment on the portfolio editor, selecting investment data and updating the closing price from there.
