Is there any way to make the highlighter bar darker. It is difficult to see which portfolio I am in since the highlighter bar on the portfolio list (on left of screen) is only slightly darker than the back ground.

In addition I think I have created and saved Skins but I don't seem to be able to recall them or restore the default. I am clicking on the named skin but it changes nothing. Same with clicking on the default.

Hi John Lea,

This highlight color in the Portfolio Editor is set in Windows. You can adjust your windows color scheme from the Control Panel in Windows. Skins set the colors, pen sizes and fonts for graphs and reports. If you're looking in the Portfolio Editor, skins will not affect the display here. From within a report, change the report colors, save your skin, and then select between the default and just saved skin. You should see these changes applied.
Thanks,
Mark

OK.

I was trying to set a skin that made sense to the Top view and one that made sense at the account level but this is in Portfolio editor so I am out of luck.

I will fiddle with the windows setting.

Thanks
