Fund Manager will not Update

Mark; when I click the HIST button the system starts to update then after a partial update gives this message. "Fund Manager could not update any investments". If I right click on a single investment it will usually update that investment but not always. I have recently updated Fund Manager with a recommended update that said it would help with updating. What do I do? Chuck
Hi Chuck,
Check the properties of your investment and your internet retrieve settings. See "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve". Are your investments set to "Retrieve Price"? What do you have selected for the historical quote server? What symbol do you have recorded? If any of your investments are using the default quote server, what do you have set for the default historical quote server under "Options / Internet Settings..."?
