Hi alan,

Did you look on Finra? If you can't find it there, then you may not be able to retrieve the price for it from a quote server. Another way to get price updates is when you retrieve transactions from your broker.

Yet FM cannot update data any reason for that

I couldn't find it on Finra, and the link you provided doesn't show the same results for me, as it doesn't have the search criteria. Can you tell me what settings you entered on their search form to find it? Is this a corporate bond? Did you find/enter their "ticker" value for your symbol in Fund Manager? See the instructions for the Finra server.

Hi Alan,

Thanks, I was able to find it with this additional information. The ticker for this bond is C646149, so if you record that as your symbol, it should retrieve the price from Finra. I just test retrieved it, and it properly retrieved a price of $82.09 for 2/27/17.

You find this "ticker" by looking in the URL. For example, this bond is here:

http://finra-markets.morningstar.com/Bo ... TLN4332459

and you can see the value for "ticker" is "C646149", which is what you have to record as the symbol in Fund Manager.
