File save defaults

I thought I asked this question already but could not find it nor could not find if it was possible through the menu structure. I would like to change the default storage for new investments created from a download. Presently they go to user/name/mydocs/fundmanager. I would like to change that to something else like C:/Data/fundmanager/investments.

Is there a default where that can be changed.

Hi Jim,

You can set this when you do a transaction retrieve. See the "New Investment Options..." button in the "Import Options" section of the "Retrieve Transactions" dialog.

You can also set this using "File / File Operations / Set Data Location...". This command also sets the location of all your already open investments as well.
