Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark,
I'm running FM Personal Version 2018.15.2.100
Quote Module 529.
A problem that has cropped up within the last
couple of weeks is that when I do price retrievals
using the above-mentioned Quote Server,
on my larger portfolios (> 400 investments), the
process frequently gets stuck and lingers for a few
minutes before moving on to the next one. This
happens about five or six times on each of my
larger portfolios, with the result that it takes
forever to process the whole portfolio. When the
retrieval for that portfolio finishes, FM tells me that
some of the investments could not be updated. I then
create an Investment Performance report and look for
the un-updated ones and simply right-click each one
and get the desired quote. I should mention that this
doesn't happen on my smaller portfolios.

Can you send me your log file from "Help / Logs / Price Retrieve..."? I've just sent you an email, so you can reply to that and attach it.

Thanx for your quick reply.
As luck would have it, when I did my
retrievals tonight, everything went
tickety-boo. No problems!

I'll keep watching for it to re-surface.
If it does, I'll attach a copy of the log
file to an email message to you.
