Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Recently changed broker password. Have three accounts - FM trans retrieval works on 2 but not the third - kick back invalid sign on but has correct account info in rejection notice. Could it be that the rejected passwork has a "!" in it where as the other two do not have a special charcter in the passwork?

Yes FM does not like a "!" in a password. Broker locked me out of the account so I changed the password without any special characters and can now retrieve transaction in FM. Broker liked "!" but FM did not.
