Special characters issue in Mobile and Web Access

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Hi Mark,

Trying the Mobile and Web Access feature, there is a problem in both to render special characters. The symbols "€" or é, è, ü... appear as interrogation marks in a black triangle.

Hi Djobydjoba,

Thanks for pointing this out. I saw this too, and we have corrected the issue. Please refresh your browser, and see if it hasn't been fixed now.

Hi Mark, that's fixed in the Web browser but not in the Android App.

Hi Djobydjoba,

This should be fixed in the Android app now too. It was fixed on the server end, so there is no need for an update to the app.
