Note on Portfolio Value graph?

Mark, is it possible to do this? I right click on a date on the portfolio value graph, but I don't see a way to add a note like what is possible on an individual investment's graph.

I want to be able to see on the portfolio value graph when I've taken cash out.

Sorry, no, this isn't an available feature. It is something we can consider adding (dated sub-portfolio notes, like we have for investments).
