What is the correct way to record the sell transaction for a zero-coupon bond at maturity? What value(s) should I enter for price and accrued interest?

If your zero coupon bond redeems at face value, just record a sell at a price of 100, and the number of shares you own. The number of shares of a bond is typically recorded at 1/100th the face value.
