Failure retrieve Fidelity transactions (investments only)

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Since March 2, I can't retrieve investment transactions (buy, sell) from Fidelity - no error messages. Other transactions, e.g. dividends, retrieved normally. If reconciling, FM sees difference between Fidelity positions and FM positions, just does not retrieve the transactions.
Anyone else have this issue? Thanks for responding.

Hi Mark,
I’ve just retrieved all the missing transactions using Quicken so Fidelity is behaving correctly on their end. Also Fidelity, just contacted, says there is no report of any anomalies.

Hello golden-berg,

Can you please email me both logs (from Quicken and FM). Right after you retrieve in FM see "Help / Logs / Transaction Retrieve...". Please send me the "parsed" version of the log, and also the "ofxpost.txt" log file located at:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Fund Manager\ofxpost.txt

How you find the log file in Quicken varies by version, but it is usually under "Help / Logs".

Thanks, Mark for the clue that I may be filtering my retrieve. I had unchecked the "Create New Investment as Needed" since March 2! When that box is checked,it works fine.
