Problem with Raymond James transactions

Hi Traveller,
I see the same problem here. I tested it both with Fund Manager and Quicken, and both are unable to connect to this server currently. Hopefully RJ can fix their OFX server soon.
Just an update on this server... It appears Quicken is now working, but Fund Manager still cannot reach the RJ OFX server. The connection is timing out. The OFX Validation site is also observing the same issue:
https://www.ofxhome.com/index.php/institution/view/1341 It appears RJ is filtering by IP address, in order to only allow Quicken's servers to make a connection. Unfortunately, until RJ allows connections from other IP addresses, FM will not be able to retrieve transactions from this broker.
This problem is still persisting. If anyone with a Raymond James account would like to call them and encourage someone at RJ to work with us, hopefully we can get this functionality restored. As of now we haven't been able to reach anyone to help in this matter. Hopefully if a customer of theirs requests they support Fund Manager, they will be willing to work with us.
From RJ's Website: Contact Client Access support at 877-RJ-ACCESS (877-752-2237) or ClientAccessSupport@RaymondJames.com.
I have submitted a ticket to RJ and we shall see what they say. I'm not sure I'm holding my breath on it.
