Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Starting on Saturday and continuing this morning I can't retrieve transactions or historical transactions.

Sorry I meant to say Pricing and Historical Pricing.

What specifically happens when you retrieve prices? Do you get an error message? Are you using the latest quote module? What server? What symbol?
