Price retrieve problem

Hi Mark

My current version is FM 2016. I have problem about price retrieve from Yahoo Historical Server.
Mainly price update for the stocks in The Stock Exchange of Thailand. Last week, it still ok and was available to update till Dec18,2020. However, this week I try to update for price during 21-25, but it's not available. I am not sure, this is due to out of date version or the problem at yahoo server. So, please advise me.

If you use your web browser to look on Yahoo's site, does Yahoo have the quotes you're trying to retrieve?

Thank you for your quick answer. Yes, I have found irregular point ( can not reached due to too long response) when I use my web browser to look on Yahoo site. Do you know the more detail?
And what I should do next?

Hi Somsak,

I didn't understand your answer. Were you able to look up the needed quote with your browser? If you can, then you can retrieve it with FM 2018 or FM 2020. If not, you'll need to try and find it on another quote server. If Yahoo has the quote, but it just isn't currently displaying, it might be a temporary issue that will be resolved by Yahoo.

1. I could not look up for need quote with my browser.

2. In case that I can see the quote data, it still need to upgrade from FM 2016 to FM 2020 ???

Hi Somsak,

Interesting, I'm not sure why you can't see that quote. Whatever is causing that issue would need to be resolved before you could access it with FM. You might give it some time to resolve itself, or try finding your quotes on a different server.
