Hi Mark, is it possible to retrieve prices from LuxSE Group (www.bourse.lu) "Luxembourg Stock Exchange" and/or its subsidiary "Fundsquare"?

FYI: LuxSE Group
The LuxSE Group is composed of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) the leading listing venue for international securities and Fundsquare, its wholly-owned subsidiary specialized in delivering to the fund industry an efficient and standardized infrastructure for the exchange of information.

Thanks Nebfinfm

Hi Nebfinfm,

I don't know if quotes from that exchange are available on any of our supported servers. Have you tried searching on Yahoo for these? We have links to all of our available quote servers here:

If you can find the quotes using your browser, then use that same symbol/server in FM to retrieve.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,

1) I didn't find Luxembourg prices on any current FM supported quote servers.

2)I don't understand "If you can find the quotes using your browser, then use that same symbol/server in FM to retrieve" Please explain.

3) In FM Internet Retrieve panel selecting Quote Server the second line after the <Default Server> is <local file>. Please explain.

Thanks nebfinfm

Hi nebfinfm,

2) This means if you go to a quote server using your web browser, and search/find a quote, then you'll know how to enter it in FM. Sometimes quote servers use different symbols, and this also is a way to find out what quotes are available on each server. For more on this, please watch this tutorial.

3) This is a special "quote server" that instead of retrieving from a server, imports prices from a file you may have. For details on how to use this, see:

Thanks,
Mark
