Module Updates Have Bad CRC Check Error

Hi Mark,

Trying to download the last few module updates in Fund Manager has failed. I keep getting the following errors:

"Unable to open the file for write permissions
inteng14x.dll"

"The processes cannot access the files because it is being used by another process"

"Bad crc check for INTENG14X.DLL download"

Any thoughts as to why? This just started within the last few weeks.

Hi Jason,

It sounds like something has a lock on that DLL that is trying to be replaced. Do you have the program installed to the default location of:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Fund Manager

?

What if you reboot your computer, and then just start 1 copy of Fund Manager and try to do the update (Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates...")?
