Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark,
Recently, JPM changed their connection method from Direct Connect and Express Web Connect to EWC+. I'm able to connect to my accounts through Quicken, but FM give me an error:
Unknown Error in Signon
General Error
My login and pwd have not changed, nor have any of my account numbers. I have 2 different logins for JPM and both receive the same error.

Hi Brian,
Yes, we're aware of this change. We are trying to get it corrected, but it will take some time. We have reached out to Chase to try and become a supported 3rd party app, but haven't been able to get a response yet. We can't access the new system until they get us signed up as a supported 3rd party app. If you (or anyone else) has an account rep at Chase and would like to help move this along, please let me know. Maybe a request from a mutual customer will help get things moving faster.

Hi Brian,
I've had a meeting with your contact (Michael) and they showed us how to apply for the FDX system, which we did on 10/28/22. We haven't received any word back yet on our application. So, we are still waiting...

I just noticed this problem while reconciling my FM Chase portfolio to the Chase website and noticing that my Sept dividends had not made it into FM! Maybe I should look at my portfolios more often ![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif) Thanks for working on it, Mark.

Things are moving very slowly. Thanks to Brian, we do have a contact at JP Morgan who is trying to help. We are still trying to find a Client Service Representative (CSR) who can grant us access to their new FDX system.

Still doesn't look like there is a Chase/JP Morgan transaction retrieve option. Any updates on this?

Hello bvzastrow,
Yes, we were able to talk with JP Morgan, but ultimately they decided not to give Beiley Software access to their FDX interface, and directed us to go through some of the other larger aggregators that they've already given access to, such as Plaid. I think basically we are too small, and they don't want to deal with small developers.
