Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I get 9 unit trust prices from Morningstar UK routinely until yesterday (Friday 7 March 2023), when FM reported failure. I also collect stock prices from Yahoo UK, and these prices were downloaded ok. Same problem today. Is the Morningstar UK quote server down? FM's status report says that it's working, and I can't find any reports of it being down (eg on downdetector), or simply googling "Morningstar UK status report", and Morningstar's web site shows no announcements. Are they doing maintenance work during the long Easter weekend? Have they changed all the unit trust symbols? Attached is FM's log. Can anybody help?

Hi John Davies,
I just tested retrieving from this server now, and it appears to be working okay. I also tested one of your symbols (F00000OPX8), which also retrieved correctly. Maybe there was a temporary issue. Are you still unable to retrieve, or does it work okay for you now?

Thanks for your reply, Mark. Well, that's puzzling. It's still not working for me - exactly the same symptoms. I'm at a loss, now. Any suggestions? Regards John

Hi John,
Please right mouse click on the investment with the symbol of: F00000OPX8 and choose "Retrieve Selected Prices" so that you just retrieve this one investment. Assuming that fails, please send me the "Detailed" from "Help / Logs / Price Retrieve (Detailed)...".

Mark: Panic seemingly over. Morningstar UK seems to have woken up again this morning. Let's hope it stays awake... Perhaps they were doing some maintenance over the Easter weekend, and brought US up before UK. Odd that I couldn't find any warnings anywhere from M UK. Anyway, thanks for your help! John

could you check this issue one more time? I'm having issues with Morningstar UK and DE since 05 April, and they have not gone away since. Attached a slightly redacted error log for F0GBR0506N.
