Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hello, I cannot retrieve any prices at this time from Yahoo. I get :"Fund Manager cannot update any investment". This happened just now, I as able to do this every other time, including earlier today. In the log file I get a "Warning - Unable to Update XXX" for every investment. Pls help.

More on this: Yahoo Historical server works. Yahoo current price does not.

It is working now. So, probably Yahoo has been down for a while, now up again and working.

The only quote server for daily price I found working well at this moment is CNN Money. The rest, for US based, either don't work at all or are unbearably slow (like Yahoo Alternate).

We are working on it. You can check the status with "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." and look at the status next to "Yahoo". As soon as an update is available, you can download it with this same command.

The quote module has been updated. Version 578 is available by selecting "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." from within Fund Manager 2022 or 2020. This update fixes the Yahoo quote server. Please let me know if you still have any issues after downloading the update.

Thanks for the confirmation. Unfortunately, it seems this has only fixed it for some people..., so we're still investigating.

Hi Mark, Using Personal 2022. Yahoo retrieve still not working after updating to 578. I tried to attach the intlog_debug file but I don't know if I was successful. Thanx, Sheldon
