535 Invalid user Id

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Hi Mark
I am getting the following message when I have finished retrieving prices:

"login failed:
535 Invalid User ID or password"

Why is this?

Hi rupertpage,

I'm guessing it is an email alert you have set up, and when trying to send an email, it is failing. Look at "Options / Alerts..." and see if you have "E-Mail" enabled. If so, check the "Configure..." button to see your settings, and use the "Test" button to verify them.
