Hi I have entered new trade in DKK in Zeal healthcare ZEAL.co using yahoo server Price retrieved is correct as is exchange rate yet the value shows 17,000 nzd should be 4,000 approx so looks like the exchange rate is not being applied to the value how do I fix this never happened before

Looks like market value is not using the currency conversion that is the problem

Hi alan,

Have you used multiple currencies before? If not, you might like to watch our tutorial on multiple currencies.

Things to check:

1) The investment is assigned to the correct currency (Properties...)
2) The exchange rate for that currency is set properly (Options / Currency Settings...). If you're using an exchange rate investment, check the date of the prices (exchange rates) in that exchange rate investment.
3) You have "View / Exchange Rate Adjusted" turned on

all are correct have many curerencies but never had this before not sure why

Maybe you can email me (or post) some screenshots showing the currency properties/settings, and values. Hopefully I can spot what is wrong.
