Yahoo Historical little issue

With Yahoo Historical quote server, and the ticker TXN (https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/TXN/)

Retrieve from 01/01/1970 to today. (I like to use a very old start date to be sure to retrieve all the available price range)
>> issue: only the date range 28/06/23 > today is retrieved.

Retrieve from 01/01/1975 to today
>> the date range is correctly retrieved.

It seems not a problem with this specific ticker, I've already seen that 01/01/1970 as a Start date is not handled correctly with other tickers.

Hi Djobydjoba,

I think the start date is breaking Yahoo. If you go to their website with a browser and try to look up this date range they give an error message:

Date shouldn't be prior to "Jun 01, 1972"

I test retrieved it from 07/01/1972 - today and it retrieved correctly. So, maybe try increasing your start date to this date. FM is checking for this restriction, so it goes ahead and requests it anyway, even though Yahoo doesn't support it.
