Schwab server not available

Last year my TD Ameritrade account was transferred To Schwab. I have accessed my transactions since the conversion. Toady, I could not get the current months transactions.

I got an message Wininet error code 12029. Message A connection with the server could not be established. When I opened the retrieve transactions module, The from company was still TD Ameritrade and my old account number. Tried to change it to Schwab. There are 2 selections on the drop down menu Schwab Share college fund and Schwab Retirement Services. Neither applies to my situation.

How do I set up this screen to get transactions from Schwab?
