Crash on trying to reoncile an invalid account

FYI -- A couple of time FM has crashed when I inadvertently tried to reconcile an account that was not set up for reconcile and I lost all changes. I have since initiated auto-save.

Hi CGB,

Did it create a crash dump file you could send me? Normally when FM crashes, it gives a message and a path to a *.dmp file.

If you're able to reproduce this, please do let me know.
