Categories: hide unused entries

In the Category Labels dialog, it would be nice to be able to disable (or remove) the entries / slots we don't use for the Asset Type / Investment Goal / Sector categories.

So the category drop down menus (in Investment Properties, report filtering, etc.) would show only the entries we really use, and not all the 99 entries (User defined XX...). This would be neater.
