Hi,

I am always using autoscaling because when you look at a graph it is normal useful to have the size of the graph in full size.

Your program is functioning so that every time I use autoscale the program will then set the Max - Min value and afterwards switch back to OFF and apply specific min max with the new values.

That means that when you have zoomed you loose the autoscale setting and you have to turn on again autoscale.

My suggestion would be that when I have set autoscale ON, the program shall not turn it OFF. (I could imagene that is originally was designed for optimize speed but the CPU today is very fast, so you could change without compromize speed very much)

I know that is a minor thing but as everything in the program normaly works very userfrindly I would like this to work more proper for me.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Nipse,

If you are only changing the date range, the autoscale should not turn off. However, if you zoom the Y axis, or set the Y axis specifically, this does turn off autoscale, as you are setting the Y axis to something different than autoscale would display.

If you want to mouse zoom into a particular area, use the "u" key on your keyboard right afterwards, and this will undo the mouse zoom, and turn back on autoscale. Also, if you only want to zoom in the X axis, hold down the Shift key while you mouse zoom. This will leave on autoscale, and only zoom the X axis. If you have another case that is somehow turning off autoscale, please let me know.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi, thanks for fast reply.

I very often use zoom both x and y axis and if I then undo U your are right it returns to the origien.

But I often use zoom x and y and then I scroll the x axe and I loose my autoscale.

I tried to use U after scrolling x but you do not hold the U. For me it woud work perfect if you could hold the U undo even after scrolling the x.

But it is only a small problem. I only mention/suggest this because eveything in the program works just perfect.

Thanks

Ni Nipse,

Yes, once you make a change, the "U" loses its memory. An equally easy way to turn back on autoscale is to hit "Y" on your keyboard.
Thanks,
Mark
