Items don't show on Disribution Report

I'm running a distribution report to get 09 dividends. 2 investments don't show up but are apparently are included in the totals. Both these items were recently acquired by another company. In one instance the stock paid dividends throughout the year, but payments don't show up on the report. In the other a special dividend was paid out as part of the acquisition. Bothe items currently show 0 shares, but neither item is marked as hidden.

Hi jewton,

It sounds like you have on the option:

Options / Report Preferences... / General / Do Not Display Investments With Zero Share Balance

If you ever owned shares during the report period, turn that option to "Over Entire Report Date Range", or set it to "Never (show all investments)" to force these 0 share balance investments to display. You could also turn on "View / Hidden Investments/Portfolios", but that will cause any hidden investments to display as well.

It may make sense to not have this option apply to the Distribution Summary report. There is already an option for this report to not display line items with all zeroes. Also filtering by zero shares may not give the result most people would want... I'll have to give that some thought.
