Controlling Y Axis

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager graphs.

Mark,

I'm just starting to look at graphs and have a question on basic setup. I've set the Y axis to Log. I'm graphing portfolio value of a portfolio that went from just under 1Mil to 1.3+ Mil.

If I force the Min/Max Y axis to 800,000 and 1.5 Million and turn off autoscaling, I get a decent graph, but the horizontal lines (and labels) at 100,000 intervals appear only below 1 Mil, with nothing between 1 and 2 Mil. I found something on a menu somewhere to increase the number of Y axis labels and have moved that from the middle (default I guess) to "more" and nothing changed. How can I get more to show between 1-2Mil?

Hi Elliot,

Unfortunately, there is no other control over this. The Y axis tick mark generation could be improved when using log scale. We'll try to do this for a future release.
Thanks,
Mark
