Hi Mark,

Lately when retrieving prices I get the following messages:

Fund Manager
WinInet error code: 12031
Message: the connection with the server was reset.

Fund Manager
WSAE: 12031

Is this someting on my end? If so, how can I fix this?

Hi pieterse,

Do you get this same error message for any quote server, or is it specific to one particular quote server? If you get it on all of them, it is probably some firewall software on your computer, resetting your connection. You may need to inform it that it is okay for Fund Manager to access the internet. If you recently updated your Fund Manager program your firewall software may not be allowing it to connect, even though it used to.
