Importing from Edward Jones

Is there a trick to importing from Edward Jones? Using portfolio setup to import transactions, etc., I get WinInet error code 12007 - Server name or address could not be resolved.

Hi sinouye,

The Edward Jones OFX server is accessible okay from within Fund Manager when I just tested it from here.

I would check 2 things:

1) Make sure you have the latest transaction module by select "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates...".

2) Make sure you don't have some software firewall blocking Fund Manager's access to the internet.
