I have several Fidelity accounts, one of which is also called Fidelity NetBenefits. I have no problems downloading transacations from my accounts except for the Fidelity NetBenefits. I can login to Fidelity or Fidleity NetBenefits with the same username and password. When I use FM transaction retrieve with Fidelity this one account doesn't show up. When I use FM with Fidleity NetBenefits it says that there are no accounts under the User ID.
One reason I am so intent on getting this to work is that when I download manually with QIF, the data (specifically share price) is incorrect in FM and I need to always manually correct.
