Mark,

Thanks for the ability to suppress the individual investments on this report but . . .
The option is on the "List by" drop down. It took me a while to find it there. Since right below that there is a check box for "Hide Totals ..." might it not be better to have a check box for "Show Only Total" right next to it? Also, when you suppress the investments you get a page with headers and then at the very bottom the totals -- it sure would be nice to move the total line up the page closer to the headers. (But I suspect your report generator won't do that.)

Hi Elliot,

Okay, thanks for the feedback on the option to omit listing line items.

As you've seen, all of the report windows draw on the screen with the totals on the bottom. It might be nice to offer an option to move these higher when there is blank space, and no vertical scroll bar. There is an option for this when printing, but not for screen display. For the printing option, see "Options / Report Preferences... / Printing / Print Footers at Bottom of Page".
Thanks,
Mark

Thanks -- turning off the "print footers ..." was what I wanted. I had interpreted that option as whether I wanted footers or not, instead of where the footers would print. You've got it explained clearly on the help screen, so it's my fault for not picking that up on my own.

Mark,

One more picky little point. When you turn off the lines of data and move the footer up, the * Using Interpolated Price part of the footer is distracting. If easily possible, it should be suppressed (and suppressed too if none of the data lines printed have the *).

Hi Elliot,

You can turn this off. Turn off "Options / Report Preferences... / General / Show Asterisk When Interpolating Price".
Thanks,
Mark
