Simplify cash and money market transactions

When money comes into accounts, it first is deposited as cash and then in a day or so, it rolls to the money market account. The opposite occurs when money goes out. Is there a simple way to combine these two transactions into a single holding to cut down on the number of cash to mmkt and mmkt to cash transactions?

If you're retrieving from your broker, and they report all these items, there is no real easy way to not record them, and have everything balance.
