Historical Prices

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Can you down load the price of securites for just one acct? It seems when I do a down load historical prices it down loads every position of the master portfolio. Reason being for one acct I had to go back and change some prices because they did not match up with statements to balance the acct. If I down load hist pricing again for that acct I will have to make those changes all over again.

Hi reddragon,

Yes, you can. In the Portfolio Editor window, right mouse click on the sub-portfolio you want to retrieve prices for, and select "Retrieve Selected Historical Prices". This will only update prices for the selected sub-portfolio. You can do this at any level in the sub-portfolio hierarchy, all the way down to even just an individual investment.
Thanks,
Mark
