Reconcile Fidelity

Hello Mark,
I have used FM for 15 years or more and am very pleased. Thank you for a great product!

I currently have FM 9.7 Personal, Quote module 442, transaction module 141.

I recently started using Fidelity for some of my investments.
The transactions imported nicely from Fidelity (both netbenfits and investments), but when reconciling the problem appears:
Under the "Statement" column all my investments show as 0 (Zero) shares held, while the column "Fund Manager" correctly displays the number of shares held in each investment.

Hi Kaveh,

We have made some improvements/fixes in this area for Fidelity in later transaction module versions. We are only providing these updates to the last 2 major versions (10.x and 11.x). I would suggest trying it with the latest version, and see if you still have the problem. You can make a backup copy of your data, download/install 11.4 and then do a "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." to get the latest transaction module (152). Try your reconcile again and see if it works any better. If you want to go back to 9.7 just re-install 9.7 (which you can get from the Revision History page on our site, see the bottom of the regular Download page), and copy back your backup data. Please let me know if using the latest transaction module (152) does not fix this problem.
