Quote servers - retrieving problem

Hi Nebfin,
Unfortunately there's not a real easy way. That error message should be improved. You can create a "Custom" report, and add these fields: Quote server Retrieve price Latest price date List the report by "Investment" and sort it by "Quote server". Looking through this report you can see which quote server didn't have a recent price update. You can ignore investments where the price is not being retrieved.
Mark here is an improvement to your suggestion. Many times for some securities the retrieving never worked at all (at the moment I don't know why...) - . I add an "Acquired start(end)" field to your suggested Custom report (which I memorized):
Quote server Retrieve price Acquired start(end) Latest price date List the report by "Investment" and sort it by "Last price". Looking through this report you can see where the field "Acquired start" = "Last price" If the date equals each other then the retrieving doesn't work! Now to find why??? Regards Nebfin
Hi Nebfin,
Glad you found a good method that works well. For tips on finding out why your price isn't updating, please read this FAQ: http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/faq_ ... ailure.php
