How Do I restore a fund file from the back up

I damaged a file in my portifolio. How do I recover this one file from the back up disk

Hi Fred,

Use "File / Restore..." and go pick the *.FMB backup file you wish to restore from. All your investments in that backup file will be listed. Select the one you want to restore, and choose the restore option to only restore selected items, and to restore to the original location.
