Controlling the order of investments in Portfolio Editor

Have attempted to use the tab "Investments" and slecting "order" from a report but have been unable to control the order of the investments within an account as viewed from the "Portfolio Editor".

From reading other posts/answers, it appears that the "order" wizard has options at the bottom it. My version (professional 11.9) doesn't seem to have this.

How can I control the order of the assets in the "Portfolio Editor"?
