My desktop PC died and I tried to install Fund Manger from the disk I purchased with the V12 update. I get a message that my free trial has expired and when I tried to enter my license nr it also wanted a serial nr. I don't know what that is.
What is the best way to do this installation?

It is fine to install from either the CD, or you can download from our website. It does not matter which way, as long as either way installs version 12.1 (the current version). Once you have the program installed, enter your license under "Help / Enter License Key...". I have just now emailed you your complete license. If you don't see it, please also check your spam folder, sometimes those emails get caught by spam filters.
