Missed exchange input when a new investment is created

While V12 added the possibility to use a specific exchange rate in the data register lines, this possibility is missed when we record a purchase while we create a new investment.

Somehow we can input the exact exchange later editing the lin in the data register window, but it woul be more practical to have the same input option in the investment creation.
