Hi Henry,
For some reason you are not able to reach the ASX server. Here is what that error code's documentation says:

WSAENETUNREACH
(10051)
Network is unreachable.
A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network. This usually means the local software knows no route to reach the remote host.

It could be due to a variety of reasons, maybe
a server that is down, and retrying later may
work. Also, check your settings under "Options/
Internet Settings..." to make sure they are
correct. Another thing to try would be to see
if you can retrieve quotes from another server.
